popped the question and received a resounding "yes!" You are now
launching upon an amazing journey, one that will more than likely include
endless internet searching, glossy magazine buying and ear-chewing from
well-meaning relatives. At Wedding Day
P.A. we aim to provide you with some help, some light-hearted but
experienced, professional support with one aim in mind - to get the jobs
done. We project manage your big day and find solutions to all the wobbly
bits you never thought you’d have.
Here's the deal?
Take control and
make Wedding Day P.A. work for you. We don’t do
packages because we firmly believe in offering you complete flexibility.
We're also a little bit different. Did we mention this before?
Why not hire us for one or two things that you're really stuck on? Go on - pick our brains. We could scout out your suppliers, tidy up your time-plan, or glam up your goldfish – it’s up to you. You're only limited by your imagination. The most important thing to us is getting it right for you. We don't insist on doing everything, nor do we claim to be a "jack-of-all-trades" to save you money. We recommend the best in the business so that we are free to organise, counsel and generally stick by your side. Drop us a note, say hello – don’t be shy. Let's get to know each other. A simple no-obligation consultation by telephone or e-mail is all it takes. Depending on what level of assistance you require, we then provide a quote for you to ponder over. The second most important decision of your life is then considered, which is whether to hire us or not! We're confident you won't be able to resist...honestly!
Why bother?
It’s a good
question, especially when most people think that a co-ordinator is
only reserved for the rich and famous.
We do realise that
with plenty of friends and family on stand-by to help you plan the
most important day of your life, it can be seen as a complete luxury -
it's not. Delegate away and make the most of ALL your contacts – it
can save you time and money. But delegate unwisely and it can be a
very costly and upsetting experience.
For some jobs, you
need to accept that only the professionals will do.
We have an
advantage over some planners in that we have superb hospitality
experience, some of this gained from working at a world
renowned hotel. We have the inside knowledge - we know what venues
need, want, and expect from you. When it comes to planning your
wedding, this sort of know-how can be a priceless commodity. So you
see, it actually makes a lot of sense.
Get a Grip
You may think
this sounds a little harsh, but it's true. If you’re going to
become truly happy in your new-found status, i.e. Bride, you’re
really going to have to get a grip. Plan like you’ve never planned
before. Better still, get someone else to do it! Whatever you
do, enjoy it - don't lose the plot!
It’s easier said than done – and we of all people know this – but just imagine how much easier it would become if you had your own P.A. on board to take the flack and pick up the reins? We can provide you with a backbone, a structure – either for the whole thing or simply for the day. We can give you suggestions on cost-cutting areas if your pot of gold isn’t huge. We can even recommend superb industry chums who are just itching to share their wisdom with you. So what are you waiting for?
