  • Entrance of Bride and Bridegroom / Civil Partners into banqueting hall
  • Introduction/announcement of the Grace
  • Ceremony of cutting the Wedding Cake
  • Correct introduction of the Speakers and Toasts

Banquets and Dinner Dances

Company and organisation dinner/dances presented and delivered according to traditional principles and allied to clients’ demands. Prior detailed planning is required between event secretaries and toastmaster

Bar Mitzvahs / Bat Mitzvah’s

Thorough and detailed preparation made in conjunction with parents of Bar mitzvah / Bat Mitzvah’s and with the Rabbi attending

Burns Nights

Correct procedures followed to include the entry of the ‘Beastie’ and the traditional accolades / toasts

Civic Ceremonial Functions

Lords Mayors, celebrations and annual events including banquets, receptions, inaugurations, etc. All correct protocol observed and correct preambles arranged for all introductions and speakers. Also catered for are Round Table, Rotary and Lions Functions with full consultations with principals and secretaries

Ladies / Gentlemen Masonic Festivals

Established traditional procedures followed and clients’ wishes respected. Thorough research and liaison with organisation secretaries and with venue providers. Confidences observed implicitly

Royal Guests and Functions

Royal protocol, procedure and etiquette are observed implicitly with thorough research undertaken prior to event
