Hertfordshire Toastmaster

WHAT DOES A WEDDING TOASTMASTER DO?

The role of a Wedding Toastmaster is to take the running order of the day and make it work. A Toastmaster will ensure everybody is where they should be when they should be. A Toastmaster will make sure that all your guests are looked after and that everything is in place.

I will usually arrive one hour before your ceremony at the venue or before you come from the church. I will liaise with the staff and be wholly acquainted with all the services before you, and your guests arrive. I will work with all of your suppliers, from duty managers, registrars, wedding photographers, videographers, and anyone else helping to make your wedding day the perfect day of your life.

I will welcome your guests, show them where the facilities are, and answer any queries they have.

When it comes to the photos, I will gather the members of your bridal party to make sure they are all in the right place at the right time.

I will announce the bridal party to your guests, escort you both to the top table and can even announce grace should you wish.

I will make sure that the speeches are called in the right order, announce the cake cutting and your first dance. Finally, I will bid your guests farewell, offer thanks, and anything else you wish me to do.
